Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Finesse we believe that every luxury piece deserves a second life with elegance and confidence. That’s why we guarantee a simple and transparent returns and exchanges process, designed to protect our customers and the exclusivity of our products.
Returns
Term
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
The return will be accepted if:
- The item is in the same condition as it was sent, with no signs of additional use;
- The labels and authenticity seals are intact (when applicable);
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns in the case of:
- Items damaged after delivery;
- Items with signs of use or alterations;
- Orders returned outside the deadline.
Return process
Send an email to geral@finessepreloved.com with the following information:
- Order number;
- Reason for return;
- Photographs of the item, if necessary.
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Reimbursement
After receiving and checking the item, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method.
Shipping costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or does not match the description.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another item or store credit
If you wish to exchange for another available item or opt for store credit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
As with returns, the item must:
- Be in perfect condition;
- Have the labels/seal intact;
- To be sent with proof of purchase.
How to request an exchange
Send an email to geral@finessepreloved.com indicating:
- Order number;
- Item you wish to exchange for or if you prefer store credit.
Important notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
