How does the authentication process work?

Submission for Authentication – Before we list any bag for sale, we submit detailed images to Legit Grails or Entrupy, including stitching, tags, serial number, and other key verification elements.

Expert Verification – A team of experts trained in luxury brands analyzes every detail of the piece using advanced technology and exclusive databases.

Certificate of Authenticity – After a rigorous analysis, a digital certificate is issued confirming the authenticity of the bag. This certificate accompanies the product, offering total transparency and confidence to the buyer.

Authenticity Guarantee – If for any reason there is any doubt about the authenticity of a product purchased from our store, we offer a full refund, subject to a new independent assessment.
